Steve is a Construction Management Professional responsible for the development and construction of numerous award winning projects, while providing expertise in all facets of construction from pre-construction to project close-out. With over 30 years of experience, Steve specializes in managing the design and construction of Multi Family apartments and Senior Living Communities including Podium, Wrap, and Garden style buildings. He has also managed the re-investment and renovation of multiple apartment communities throughout Southern California. Holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
