Michael Swieca is a Development Associate with TA Partners and is involved in all aspects of development for projects in the pipeline, including due diligence, finance, market analysis, entitlements, construction, budget tracking, marketing, and lease-up.

Prior to joining TA Partners, Michael was an Account Executive with Providence Capital Funding assisting clients with equipment financing. Before Providence Capital Michael completed several internships at UBS Financial Services and CREDE a real estate development company centered in Irvine, CA.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of California Irvine, where he also competed as a member of the Division I Men’s Water Polo team.
