Mr. Liu has 20 years of experience in investment banking, fund management, venture capital investment, real estate as well as legal services. He has led financing and investment for numerous renowned cross border transactions and invested in several successful US, Hong Kong and China IPOs. He began to focus on real estate investment after moving to the US in 2013.Mr. Liu is a CPA and a trained lawyer, which grants him unique insight and combined expertise to make decisions from the viewpoint of investors, legal, finance and accounting.

He has a Master Degree in Law from Renmin University of China, and a Master Degree in Commerce Law from University of Sheffield (UK).
