Mr. Lu is a California licensed Architect, LEED AP and licensed General Contractor with over 20 years of experience in real estate industry.

Mr. Lu began his career with value-add apartment acquisitions and joint ventures.  With initial success, he moved to more complex projects and ground up construction. During late 2000, Mr. Lu consulted for major real estate developers overseas and developed strong foreign capital sources. Since 2010, Mr. Lu had partnered with multiple overseas capital sources on major LA and OC development projects.

Mr. Lu graduated from University of Southern California with a B.Arch. in architecture and a M.S. in Building Science.
