Mr. Garrett has been an executive in real estate development and construction involved in negotiations, acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, leasing, asset, and project management for both residential and commercial real estate.

He worked as an owner’s representative overseeing the development, construction and management of over 2M SF of commercial projects and his own acquisition, reposition, and disposition model for residential property investments. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor. 

Mr. Garrett earned his B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Construction Management, and his Masters in Urban Planning and Real Estate from U.S.C. and Certificate in Development Management from U.C.I.
