Jason has over 7 years of experience in the architecture and real estate development industry. He manages due diligence, design, entitlements, and budget, from pre-development through construction, marketing & lease-up, on 1,900+ units in our pipeline. Jason brings valuable experience and expertise in architecture, real estate finance, market analysis, design, entitlements, and project management.

Before joining TA Partners, Jason began his career in architecture after graduating with his Bachelor’s in Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc). He focused on design, feasibility analysis, and entitlements through the construction phases of 860+ residential units in Santa Monica and the City of Los Angeles as design & project manager. Jason received his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from the University of Southern California.
