He graduated with both a Bachelor’s and Masters’s in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. With 4+ years of experience in construction management as a project estimator in commercial construction industry projects like TI, restaurants, airports, schools, hospitals projects in the Southern California area. During this time, he gained skills like blueprint reading attention to detail, which are required to complete the budget/bid according to plans and specifications. He is now a Project Engineer in the commercial real estate industry, working with architects, sub-contractors, vendors from the schematic design stage to the closeout.
